It's all gloom atm. I'm gonna try and put a positive spin on things. We have bought erm, no one. However, remember this group of players did get a draw at Newcastle with 10 men for the whole of the 2nd half and were 3-1 up away to the champions man city until the Greek arrived on the scene. Granted they were awful after the that but maybe there is more ability there than we giving them credit for. Therefore come on what's the predictions for Arsenal away next Saturday?
It's 36 degrees here, and I have a complimentary bed at a Greygoose vodka pool party, with free, erm, Greygoose. I'm pretty positive about that.
yep 6days to get players in, it could be worse we could be 6hours away with the no change as for predictions it totally depends on who we bring in if we bring no1 in I think 3-0 to Arsenal, that is not me being all doom and gloom, Arsenal have made 3 very good attacking signings, if they get a goal early they could get a few and we have no1 who is going to cause them any problems.
It's usually the middle bit that gets messy actually I normally avoid these kinda events, but my mates over from Sunderland, so thought it'd be good for him to have a bit of a 'Marbella' day. These 'free' things usually end up costing more than the paid for ones like, dunno how that works!
Looking at original post we seem to have a weakness for conceding last minute equalizers. On the plus side Bruce is about 100 miles away.
One of the few positives that comes from not making wholesale changes to the squad is that it should, in theory, help to strengthen the camaraderie between the players and you don't need to make allowances for new lads to settle in. Sometimes, especially at the start of a new season, this can be key to a good start. We've brought in a couple of youngsters who look set to step up soon but not quite there yet (Connor Whickham-esque) so I'm hoping for something similar. I know your pre-season hasn't gone well, but have there been any decent performers? James McClean and Sess are gunna be key I reckon this seaosn!
