We lost 4-0 to a quality Italian side,it's only a friendly and it doesn't really bother me that much.

We really do need a CB though,I still find it hard to believe that it's taken us so long to buy one.

Udinese are a class side and they were expected to give us a bit of a thrashing.

    Bring on Man City :D.

Yes i was, ahh how can I forget, Davis was different class when he came on, that first 15mins in the 2nd half we were in more control of the ball, he broke up play well, travels with the ball at speed. As the 2nd half wore on his performance dropped (but so did everyone else) however, he looks to be a very good signing. JWP started well but his inexperience caught up on him as the first half went on. I now fully expect Davis to start with Morgan.

Watching Gazza during the warm-up he has one hell of a kick on him, distribution during the game was decent, put Jos under a bit of pressure once, but the main thing was we kept possession of the ball better with him in goal than Davis. The goal he conceded I couldn't really tell if he should've done better, but he made a great save to deny Udinese by making himself big and actually held onto the ball as well.

Please tell me you're not talking about Mo Farah. Or that you're joking.

He's lived in Britain for the past 21 years and is now in history as one of the greatest athletes to have ever represented BRITAIN in sport. Therefore, I'd conclude that he is indeed British, and that he's achieved more wearing the red, white and blue as you and your Daily Mail attitude ever will.

    Rant over.

If he knows what he's doing I hope he gets his finger out and does it pretty quick otherwise we're getting relegated. We need more players and we need them now, imo they should of been here by now. For your benefit I'll mention it again, 2 centre backs in the squad going into the Prem and we're toast.

His father is English and he joined him here at the age of eight, so he is entitled to a British passport. He considers himself British and I am pleased he does. Surprised anyone questions this, especially as people with far frailer links compete for other countries.

Ok fair enough that's your opinion.

He is from Africa, namely,Somalia. His parents are from there,so he is Somalian. He has got Somalian blood in him.

You can't be considered to be native of a certain country even though you've lived there all your life,it's all got to do with where your parents and ancestors are from.

I hope you understand now :).

    He knows that.

Maybe you want to take charge of Southampton FC instead then?

Anyone can obtain a British passport.

Don't you have to live in a EU country for 5 years or more to obtain a passport of that respective country?Correct me if I'm wrong.

That's not what you claimed though. You said he wasn't British, which he is. He's not native, but that's not what you originally said which I naturally argued with.
