The New Rangers could - and perhaps should - have started in a league outwith the SFL as they don't have three years of accounts that is part of the eligibility criteria to join the league in the first place.
I see what you are saying. Rangers got off lightly and should have been refused entry into the SFL. Fair do's, I personally think that would have been a bit harsh though.
Ok, have I misread this or are you saying they couldn't have dropped and lower, then saying they could (and should) have started outside the sfl which would actually be lower? Two decades?
