Just off the phone to a lawyer there. He's say's it ealry days as I haven't received my citation yet (6-8 weeks).
Currently the courts are 'going for the jugular' and will push for dangerous driving (section 2). This carries a 12 month ban and a re-sit <shietysmiley

 

I take it you rely on your license for work bollo?

Should be a Glasgow case and Glasgow are not one of the worst.

I think they will charge you with speeding and not dangerous driving but this is just a hunch based on experience with Glasgow Procurator Fiscal&#8217;s office.
