I'm not sure Bellamy was "Quality". He was good but Quality? No. BR seems to have gotten rid of a lot of dead wood, as Kenny did at the start of last season. We've gotten rid of - Aquilani Kuyt Maxi Aurelio Bellamy All aging and draining the club of large wages but now shipped out and saving a massive amount of money per year. Yep, this has been mentioned, but I believe this business from Brendan has proved he is looking at a sustainable model not only for the team in terms of the future players or stars, but also the financial situation. Last year, whether we like it or not, we overspent on quite a few players, this year we're atleast making some money back, in which I hope the money in invested in the right areas to have a balance in the team and also players that can slot into the system. Thats the thing with Allen, he's young, talented, knows the philosophy, slots right in. At the bare minimum I expect one more signing, Gaston Ramirez would definitely leave me feeling optimistic if his name was on the teamsheet come the first game of the season..

Dempsey maximum upto £8million. Don't sell Agger because its very difficult to get defenders of his quality. Andy should be kept in my opinion, it'll be similar to the Aquilani situation if we loan him out, instead of giving him a chance when he's beginning to show glimpses of potential, letting him go to another team whilst we pay his wages.. I just want to see someone like Dempsey coming in; In my eyes a very good replacement for Maxi Rodriguez. He plays slightly further back than the typical striker however he knows how to position himself to score vital goals (Maxi like in my opinion). But we need to keep Carroll in my opinion.
