    Hes a horrible ****.

I speak to a few LFC fans over PM's and know they dont like certain members of their board at all, they draw wums and trouble to the board. Theres banter and then theres going too far. I dont hate Liverpool, they are rivals not enemies. Some LFC fans and United fans cannot understand the difference.

I thought they did pay dividends? Maybe not.

Look at it this way though, take away the fact they own United...... these bastards have literally made 150million from nothing. That makes agents look like small fry! <laugh>

This is the longest running thread on our board, an internal banter thread before the banter thread. It is about anything but Gerrard. Baz says I'm obsessed if I go on your board, hence that.

£75 million that hasnt been taken from the club tbf. Not condoning it just that as Swarbs has said elsewhere on the site, its better than taking it from the clubs cash reserves. Better of course not making it right.

About the £500million in interest, I have read that we would of paid more or less the same as a PLC had they raised revenues in the same manner. In one way or another the money would of left the club.

Would of been no debt but as a PLC we would of been open to anyone owning us if they wished. H&G could of....well, not worth thinking about.

No dividends, no voting rights and, according to the BBC, a "disappointed" NYSM. Do shareholders have to buy tickets for early round Carling Cup games as well? :emoticon-0112-wonde

Pretty sure there's no obligation to pay dividends. The club could if it wanted to, but considering the Glazers still own 90% that would mean they got 90% of the dividend. That would give MUST a coronary!

Not sure that's accurate, tho' if the plc had been that effective at raising revenue then they would probably have paid some fairly healthy dividends. Probably not as much as the debt cost to service tho'.

Ultimately the Glazers bought the club, and are now making money from selling the club. Whilst I'd rather they hadn't used so much debt, the only reason they are making money is that they have massively increased the revenue and the value of the club. So, given that we have done pretty damn well over the last seven years against pretty stiff (read 'rich') competition I still don't have many complaints about them making a buck or two.

I saw that - it was funny as ****. Three other lorry drivers had to blockade the motorway to get him to stop!

What gets me with the glazers is that they are vile ****s and look worthy of the final solution.. When you consider how ****ed up the world banking system is and how crooked yanks generally are I am uncomfortable being at the whim of such massive debt. It's greed again. What do the Amish ****s want with that much cash.. Abramovich is doin his best to spunk his on agents **** players sacking good and bad managers he can't give the **** away quick enough..

Our ****y owners tale as much out as possible.. I realise revenue has increased, but that would have been the case regardless of those ****ers

Revenue has increased because they've raised the price of everything. We were a highly successful club that made it's own money long before they came along. Yes, there for a takeover but that might or might not have arrived, who knows. The point is that we carried on being a success and some seem to think they have in some way contributed. Have they ****, they left things as they were bar saddling the club with debt and raising prices. The players we bought we could have bought anyway as far as I'm concerned. The trophies we won we definitely could have won without them.

Agreed <ok> we had more clout without them.. So they've sent the club backward financially so it's irrelevant they have an asset worth more than they paid.. They can get ****ed and go back to ploughing their fields yank bastards **** them and **** their debt. They have done nothing for us in anyway shape or form the ****s even pocketed the money from the Ronnie deal..

Did we have more clout or less competition?

When we hear of clubs paying silly money to agents is it any wonder we dont sign 30million players too often? I am glad we dont if it costs another 5+ to convince the agent to get his client to sign. Not worth it.

Rather splash a few million on young talent who we can develop and pay their agents 7p and a chupa chup.

I think Fergie saw the FFP coming along with Wenger, they are by the the smartest managers in the league and plan long term aswell as short term. Both protected their clubs though one significantly better than the other ( remember at the time the glazers took control Arsenal were arguably the best team in the land, we were perhaps 3rd ) and it will pay off massively in the coming years.

Only my opinion though, I dont like the glazers and what they have done but I dont hate them for it. I think we have gone through the last 7 years as the best club in the land and we did so spending the figures we did so it doesnt matter if we spent 100million a year or not. Its not the way to run a business as much as the glazer method is.

Davidako is just a pathetic, bitter fool. Note the way he constantly uses "Man u" even though me and others have pulled him up in using that word and the history of the word and still uses it to piss us off so he is nearly as bad as KPR in my opinion.
