We did miss Harding down the left today, he's a consistent player, however Dickson, I think, is more suited to a midfield role personally as he is better going forward
N'Gue put in a good shift when he got on today, I am sure he must have been absent for a good reason, a knock perhaps.
We missed Lallana down the left. Not sure that we missed Harding. Dickson did nothing wrong in my opinion.
Chance for N'Guessan to earn his corn. He looked OK today and we might need him. We're going to see Adkins' squad rotation in action, though I'm sure he meant to rotate a few players not the whole team!
Was it me or did Butters seem a bit off the pace today. Seemed to want far too much time passing the ball. Although having said that can be deadly accurate at times with his cross field balls. It's just that when he is defending he looks very nervous and was caught/nearly caught in possession on numerous occasions. On a couple of occasions putting us in dire straights. If we had been up against better opposition he/we would have been punished very severely.
I can't believe that Harding is being slagged off on this thread. He has been good all season and we definately missed him yesterday. As for N'Guessan, what little I have seen of him hasn't really made a big impression but he was markedly better than Forte when he came on. We need some of the fringe players to make a difference but it is curious how many of the recent "signings" like Chaplow have only performed in fits and starts.
im not dan harding, i'm just trying to defend him as I feel he gets alot of unfair criticism from the fans
