£45 for an adult ticket in the away end!! They have the game as an A game, which is good as they think we're as big as Utd and Citeh, but Naawich aren't a big club and should not be charging these prices.

Makes no sense to me and i'm sure Naawich fans feel the same

I wonder if they are charging extra just because its their first game of the season and they know people will want to go

Probably a petty retaliation for the prices we were charging a couple of years ago. But seriously they classing us as a cat A match is being a bit ridiculous, but somehow I doubt that will stop us from taking a full allocation.

£60 is the most expensive ticket to see them at A games.

They obviously need the money after keeping Holt.
'Rip off' though, i mean no disrespect to Norwich but their ground is stuck in the country and is not exactly OT or Emirates, plus they are one of the favs to go down/
I guess they just want to get as much money out of Prem football while they are here.

THey are a very backward lot and they have to start thinking big now, they have to start making some money or they will slide away again ... I hope they don't as they are the example of what can be done on a shoestring but that ideal wears thin after time. As on another thread ... money talks and once you have made it to the top table then you have to sustain that status ...TF knows this and that is why we are continually in the news and always looking to raise our profile ... its where the true value is however now we are being treated like a big money club regardless of our on field status ... People will call that deluded but to that I say look how quickly we have become a attractive club again ... less than 12 months ...People will hate that and will try and make money on the back of that ... Weird thing is that they will possible have to get the give the tickets away for Fulham when they travel there... the maths is easy 200 fans at £20 for Fulham = 4K Norwich would more than likely make a loss opening the stand for Fulham plus most take their own flasks and travel blankets

I registred my interest online for this game but after seeing the price won't be going. With train tickets booze and food it's £120+ dayout. I cant stand Norwich partly because of their antics on this site and do want to go but with two London away games and far cheaper trip to WBA after that is a better use of my away trip budget for the season

I do agree and am gobsmacked that you have been a cat A game, cat B perhaps but not an A. I will make a rash assumption that they were anticipating a much larger travelling support this time round and are looking to cash in. This kind of action I cannot agree with, very bad form

I think its only a cat a game because its their 1st home game of the season, either that or they really hate us.

Can't really be casting stones when we charge similar to watch games in our retro cowshed of a ground with "seriously awful view" or similar printed on the tickets. At least you can see the pitch at Carrow Road and Delia might get a bit tipsy and start to have a pop at the crowd!!

I find it flattering that the bumpkins consider us to be an A game. Cheers!

Can't blame them really. Season tickets make up the vast majority of their support so they can fleece the few general sale home fans without many complaints and ergo the away fans too. Would be silly not to really. Norwich, QPR and almost every club know we're addicted and will pay.

That's true Watford, but it doesn't stop it being an embarrassment, if that's what we're charging you, we should be charging the OT prawn sandwich brigade at least £100!

Maybe not £100 but you could charge 60 and fill the away end so might as well. People pay £100 to stand 100 yards away from ****ing Coldplay while they play their ****e so I don't blame football clubs for taking the piss when demand outstrips supply.

To be fair we were charging similar last season, and I guess the cat a status is due to it being first game of season.
