Because past players is the only string he's got to his bow, that's why. And that's why he'll fail at Liverpool. Before you know it Liverpool will be made up of ex Swansea, Watford and Reading players, with a couple of ex Chelsea youth players that didn't quite make the cut there
I agree, there are at least 4 sides better than Liverpool going into the season, and that's if they're at their best. The two Manchester clubs, Chelsea and Arsenal will probably be top 4, I'd be surprised to see Liverpool better last season's position
Sunderland?? You cannot be serious!!........................ And I was at that match!! Come on Johnnnnnnnn!
Phil, and Fulham, Norwich, QPR, West Brom and the Swans of course. Liverpool are heading into free fall and don't know it yet. According to Sky text Mancini is prepared to offload Johnson to make way for Sinclair. Strange one that !
Dilli it is mate, but I would be more worried if it was Dyer!! We can do better than Sinclair, though he's a good player, but for me he blows too hot and cold, disappears in games, and that was evident at team GB too! ..........Did I ever tell you I used to flog Wimbledon tickets to pay for my two weeks on Centre court and court No1? The things I used to do............... ............
No yo didn't know that Phil. If you ever get your hands on women's beach volleyball tickets let me know please
Play how we played tonight and buy one more top winger and we'll have a great team and will defo be at least 6th. My prediction is 5th behind Man U, Man C, Spurs, Chavs and Arsenal. We'll tough it out with Newcastle and beat them to it by about 3 points.
Perhaps all this is a smoke screen regarding Sinclair, Citeh trigger the initial approach and then dodger makes his move for him (conspiracy theory I know but it could be true)
Perhaps Man City would like to see Liverpool spend all of their transfer budget on ex-Swans players.....
Given rogers current form, I don't think he'll think twice about an approach for Sinclair and Ash. It wouldn't surprise me
Seems a strange transfer Mancini is fairly rigid in his narrow play approach to games and we've rarely used wingers. We only scored 4 from headers in open play last season suggesting Sinclair would be a benchwarmer at best.Maybe he has a buyer for adam johnson so is after a cheap option which satisfies the English quota as well?
