Suarez close control is a joy, very few players can match it. No English players can thats for sure. Borini scored a poachers goal. We lacked end product last season, maybe this boy can give us that necessary cutting edge. The tempo is far quicker than it was last season.
Poachers goal? Bit harsh, it was a volley from 9 yards out on a slight angle. Loving this football though. we look well up for it and you can already see the philosophy of winning the ball back as soon as it's lost.
99% LFC i would guess. Suarez and Borini amazing together. Add Ramirez in Downing's place and we could be amazing
Not watching as I'm at work... but just to temper optimism a little... this is getting gomel... not mufc or city. Good to see we are winning but let's keep things in perspective.
How dare you be so pessimistic! Skrtel lucky not to give away a pen there... we gave one away to Wigan last season doing the exact same thing.
Btw glad borini scored already... that will relieve pressure... often the first goal is hardest for new recruits.
Lucas is a beast. He looks good. Borini and Suarez already look like linking all the time. Good sign.
Lucas is bang up for this one! That's twice we've lost the ball and he's run 20-30 yards to close the player down and win the ball back.
Loving Suarez and Borini, really hope we sign someone with pace and similar mind set (not Downing) to complete the trio.
