the problem with the OP is that the "translation " wasn't that , just speculation and nowhere in that first post was it stated as an opinion :/
Everybody is entitled to their opinion at the end of the day. It wouldn't surprise me if Fryatt doesn't like Barmby and it wouldn't surprise me if Fryatt had a bit of an attitude and had certain ideas about how he should be played. This is football after all where players rule the roost nowadays, hate to say it but look at Roko when he's out of position, doesn't seem to happy with events.
This is exactly what ****s me off about this board sometimes as well. Posters who make ridiculous assumptions from something really simple and use them in the title of their thread. I opened this thread thinking "****, what's that about" and then it ends up being a load of bollocks and agenda pushing tripe. It wouldn't bother me if it was a positive interpretation/suggestion but why try to instigate something petty and dramati for the sake of it? Why do so many on here push such negative conspiracies at what's not even the slightest hint of evidence? That's my opinion on this thread and it was much harsher than OLM's... We always get an element of this pre-season, it can be quite amusing, but not always. This thread is nothing more than a cack handed swipe at Nick, I think everyone can see that. It's a forum, so cack handed swipes are fine, but having made them, you have to be ready for that swipe to be challenged without bitching about it. Which is, I think, pretty much where we started.
Exactly. We're days from the start of a new season, potentially with a lot to be looking forward to and some of us are **** stirring about a city legend who no longer has any connections with the club.

It wasn't actually aimed at you, it was just a general point about anyone who posted an opinion having to accept that others may challenge that opinion, mainly because it's been suggested on this thread that as a moderator I should give up that right. You were quite at liberty to post what you did, just as I was at liberty to dispute it, it has absolutely nothing to do with self importance.
Ive noticed BCC thinks his opinions are that important he expects them to be taken as fact. I dont know him, is he a bit of a big head?
