If that is the case, I'm a little confused with BR for inviting offers, of course every player has their price, but unless he's unsettled he should say firmly that Agger is not for sale, and I can't see BR not rating him.

I'm sure Agger will have tougher tests but didn't put a foot wrong last night (no one did, to be honest). I was quite surprised with Rodgers's comments after the game - he seemed more positive towards Agger i.e not talking about selling him for 'the right price' etc (unless I missed a quote). He said we don't need to sell him, dont want to sell him. The language he used was more supportive rather than defeatist (as opposed to the previous interview when he seemed resigned to losing Agger).
