I think that is a pretty good summary. No fan of any club wouldn't want RVP based on ability

 

I am feeling slightly bitter.

 

If you go out and get a decent midfielder as well, I think I may become ill.

 

I think Man Utd would be a much bigger threat if they bought a top central midfielder instead of a striker / goalscorer

 

I think it would be unfair of us to sign a top class midfielder

 

They've needed one for a couple of years but still has hurt them though has it?

There is no real concrete evidence yet, MEN are the only real source, BBC or Sky not really running with it, so who knows. Think it would be a real kick in the teeth to Arsenal fans if he chooses United.

They've needed a bastard in the middle since Keane left but your right, it hasn't hurt them too much

 

BBC are so slow with everything now, part of the problem of not having enough journalists.

 

The reason for that is simple really. Our wingers and strikers provide the creativity and our defence for much of the last decade really didnt need the protection some clubs swear by.

They are not slow, they just usually refrain from speculation, when you see it on the BBC, it is more believable.
