Yeah and the football year starts in August and ends in May the following year making the football year or season as its better known 2012/13.

TBH if we sign RVP we probably will win the league by scoring 7 goals a game every game. We might concede **** loads aswell but 7 will probably be enough to win us most games.

Hes a short term solution to a problem we barely have.

What he will add is that ability to kill off the better sides. RVP can and will score against any side, you dont even need to be playing well. Hes that clinical on his day. Rooney is good but he can have a bad patch and go 4 or 5 games without scoring. RVP will make that a none issue completely.

If we get 3 years out of him, 20 games in the league each season starting higher and decreasing as he ages so Welbeck can get more games I will be happy.

Reckon he could score 100 goals in a United shirt if he stays fit.
