    Lets be honest, he's still not guaranteed a job next season (though pretty much nailed on IMO) and with 5 games left to go he needs his players to believe their own hype (or at least the hype surrounding their current form) confidence is everything and it was something severely lacking under Woy...

    I don't think he truly believes this, but he truly believes saying it will have a positive result!

    Unfortunately he has a DoF alongside him nowadays who clearly handles the hiring and firing of players. I hazard a guess that Kenny just picks the team, runs training and motivates them.
    But I would love it if he did get a chance to make those kind of poor decisions again.
