What is the point in having a poll on your own forum its obvious all the bitter rags will vote yes, he really has got under your skin hasn't he. I heard he said too Ferdinand "look after that baby daughter of mine" and that's why Ferdinand saw his arse.
Not just Saturday but his complete time in England. please log in to view this image please log in to view this image The guy is a time bomb waiting to explode.
Scholes red card was correct. The guy cannot and could never tackle and in my opinion is getting worse as he slows down. But Scholes has been a great player and achieved great things. He does not cause controversy on or off the pitch. Balotelli is a wingnut.
Balotelli is a top player, he obviously rattled Utd on Saturday (and some of their fans too) but so what?, that's exactly what you want from your players.
I have to agree Balotelli has been a fecking twat he cost us dear when he did his kung fu kick and got sent off, the problem for us is RM rates him ans because of Saturdays performance he will now probably stay, the worry for us is he is a red card waiting to happen every time he is on the pitch, I cannot see him changing any time soon.
Considering his attitude this season unless he matures and quite quickly, I cannot see him becoming a top player and will as you say continue to be a red card in waiting every match he plays in. Tick, tick, bomb please log in to view this image
imo - he's got what it takes. Big, in your face, good shot and holds the ball up well. Still needs to refine the edges a bit, but it's only his first season in the prem.
Ballotelli is a tool. However, what he did after the game on Saturday was no worse than what Gary Neville has been doing to the Scousers for years. The United fans can't really complain.
Big? So what? So is Crouch. In your face? Stop with the clichés. The guy needs to be putting the ball in the net and not be in people's faces, that's part of his problem. Good shot? Not enough of that yet. Holds the ball up well? Not a great deal of evidence to back that up. 1st Season? Maybe 1st in England but he's got a few under his belt in Italy. He's not that inexperienced and should have learnt already to wise up.
Dunno about the biggest knob to play in the PL, but he does seem to have a few screws loose. Not only his kung fu kick and elbow, but throwing darts at a young player, claiming he's better than anyone but Messi, and seemingly having no respect for anyone at his club. I do worry a bit about the mentality of a player who, after what is arguably his club's biggest victory of the last 30 years, decides he'd rather wind up the opponents than celebrate with his own team and fans. Yes Rio and Anderson shouldn't have reacted to him, and Rio is a bit of a gobshite and can be a nutter at times, but Balotelli has managed to turn a lot of the focus away from a good City performance and onto himself. If he carries on like this he could turn into another Nicholas Anelka - a permanent journeyman who doesn't fulfil his potential until his career is almost over. And I wouldn't say Balotelli rattled us on Saturday - he failed to have any major impact on the game although he did ok in the second half. Toure and Silva were City's matchwinners imo, with Barry and De Jong playing well too.
Žigić does enough to cause problems, so in that way he is effective. Same as Crouch really, they both are difficult to manage because of their size rather than their skill. Balotelli however is a different type of player, he has skill and a direct approach, I think he will become a top player in the prem, as long as his discipline is kept in check. That said however, as pointed out earlier, Gary Neville was the worst offender for winding up opposition fans, so Utd can't really complain when they get a bit of it back in their faces
Neville wound up 'pool and City fans about four or five times in a career spanning 19 years, and only started after he'd already established himself for United and England. Balotelli has already had two incidents in his first season (the other being the "I don't know who Wilshere is" comment) so he's already well on the way...
