Forum Rules - What's The Point?

What's the point of having a list of forum rules if no-one follows them. Rule no. 1...

1. No personal abuse. Any posts aimed specifically at another poster, with the intention of abusing them, will be deleted straight away. Grow up, the lot of you.

Obviously completely ignored and the mods don't do anything about it. May as well remove the sticky and forget about the rules altogether. Even homophobic comments are now being tolerated. What a shocking way that a small minority of Swans fans treat each other. And a great way to destroy the forum if people are allowed to continue with person abuse.

 

They don't apply to you seeing as you're just an antagonistic Cardiff fan in disguise.

 

Wrong. They apply to everyone, and casual is spot on whether you like it or not, Dilli. This forum should be fun but I'm afraid it's not any more. Life is too short to spend time on here being abused. The Ignore button is great if you use it like I do but when others' comments are replied to you get to see them. In the homophobic comment instance I received a PM from another poster telling me what was being said. In fairness to JackAsh he was away on his stag but has now removed them.

Nobody is asking anyone to take sides in this because there is no debate - nobody should have to put up with that on a forum. If it was said in the street you'd punch their lights out.

I did mate. Down wind street Saturday, had to do the round table....25 shots in 30 seconds. Ouch. Ended up sat in a jacuzzi 3am with blood pouring out my leg where I missed a step. It's killing.

When I say jacuzzi, I was that drunk, I was mistaking it for the fountain. Woops.
