    Just seen on Sky Sports that Chelski, Villa & Wet Spam all lost to Brighton, Forest & Ipswich, all 3-1. Only the Brighton game worries me, but still looking forward to City kicking off! How we looking in the games so far?

    We dies lost 14 - 0 to Alfreton town this time last year. Didn't harm their season though

    You can also add from Saturday Welling 2 Crystal Palace 1. Portsmouth** 3 Bolton 0. Blackpool 2 Everton 0.
    ** Pompey had just 2 of there own pros Tai Ben Haim and Liam Lawrence who scored one of the goals and a load of kids and trialists.

    Far too much is made of pre-season games. Hull City beat Liverpool 3-0 last summer and lost the opening league game for those who may have forgotten.

    Norwich City were held 0-0 at MK Dones on friday night. Turner and Snodgrass played in the game.
