Morning all, I'm back from my holiday now. Last time I went away Mark Hughes resigned - I hope there hasn't been anything as dramatic as that this time. We've been out of the country with no telly or internet access, so it's been an information black hole re: Fulham.

I haven't ploughed through all the posts and threads, so can someone summarise what's been happening? As far as I can gather we've sold Dickson Etuhu to Blackburn, but haven't sold anyone else of note, or made any more signings in the last week. Dempsey and Dembele are still with us. Is that all correct, or have I missed something major?

When I left we had already signed Petric and Reither, and re-signed Kelly and Kacaniklic.

    Nice to be back.

Allow me to fill in the gaps

    Rodallega signed
    Riise the younger joined Lillestrom
Steve Wigley appointed head of our youth team
Beat Nice 4-0 in a friendly two days ago with Petric, Kaka, Diarra and Mesca scoring
Bid of £2m for Jordan Rhodes rejected

    That's pretty much it.

    Few more bits of info;

Tier 1 Category status for the Youth setup
New stand looks to be going ahead
Petric in fine pre-season scoring form
16 year old Moussa Dembele signed from PSG

Welcome back Captain. Only other tidbits -

    * Senderos still missing (rumoured to be injured !!)
    * don't have a reserve team anymore, instead new U21 and U18 leagues (as part of a gaining Academy Category 1 Status)
    * a mean and lean JAR has sworn off the pies

Not to be needlessly pedantic, but wasn't it £6m, with £3m up front and another £3m in installments/performance-based?

Pretty sure that was Blackburn's bid. Ours also went up to £6m in add ons but only offered £2m up front.

Thanks all, most of that had occured before I left (sorry for leaving it out of my round up!), but the Rhodes bid was news to me, as was the confirmation of the Youth status.

If Riise the Remaining has sworn off the pies, can I have his share? Just asking.

Not that it matters a lot, but being equally pedantic both not quite correct. Our second bid was £4m up front leading to a possible total of £6m (see the 'Papers and Transfers' Thread).

Sorry also Captain, between them Stockdale and Senderos have first call on the pies.

We must have conflicting sources 58

According to The Telegraph, Fulham have made an improved £4.5 mil bid for Matt Jarvis, and a £2 mil + add-ons bid for Jordan Rhodes.

This was on 2nd August. Don't remember a bid being made since then.
