And in the same period Swansea have won nothing at all? So using your logic, that makes you an absolute minnow.
I didnt say THE top club, I just said a top club as there is a difference. Either way then using your logic are manu no longer a top club as they won nowt last season?

Ignoramus, Toshack is our most successful manager. 3 successive promotions and a 5th place finish in the 1st division in which we were challenging for the title with 6 games to go. Rodgers took over a good Championship team that was improving, 8th, then 7th (just missing out on playoffs). He got us 3rd in his first season (arguable whether we would have reached the play offs without him...we were improving and gaining experience after all) and we went up via playoffs. Second season we surprised everyone in the Premiership because nobody else was playing the same way as us...not even Arsenal. The media gave him all the credit and he decided to cash in while his stock was so high..
No he didn't. We were playing it already. He just brought in a couple of players who offered a better goal threat....the main factors being Scott Sinclair and Fabio Borini (on loan) from his time at Chelsea. How can you spend so much time on our board and still be completely ignorant?
But in our circumstance, needing a bit extra in the Championship, a couple of Chelsea youngsters with a bit of pace and an eye for goal was perfect. Liverpool's circumstance is somewhat different. ....and who has he brought in so far? Fabio Borini. Personally I think Borini has the talent to make it in the big time, but it's a gamble....you can't deny it. Who is his next signing going to be, Scott Sinclair? Danny Graham? Simon Cox? (that's who he was trying to sign for Swansea this summer, worked with him at Reading....now we're looking at the likes of Michu) Until he lands a forward of the class that Liverpool will require to achieve their goals I would be very worried if I were you.
Don't know wtf the Swans fans are moaning about, we gave them £7m for Rodgers and we will give them a few bob for there best players. So at least when the inevitable happens, they will have a few quid in the bank so they can have another crack at getting back into the big time.
FSG 'bought' Rodgers we would have had our own personal choice who we wanted to take over,we've made a bid for 1 Swansea player(singular). Time for Swans fans to get a grip.
Time for Liverpool to show some class and stick to the agreement. Why do they so desperately need our players within the next 12 months? We're a minnow after all, and there's a whole world of talented footballers out there Can any of you deluded muppets answer that?
