Don't worry Musty - there are some contributors on here who clearly have problems with themselves which is reflected in their inability to hold a reasonable conversation and instead they resort to petty name calling and barbed insults.
Since you are a) not Welsh and b) not living in Wales you are on the periphery of the tribe and therefore liable to be picked on like children do in the school playground.
Of course the medium doesn't help - some people just hide behind their computers and feel they can spout whatever they want.

No issues here either. You should be proud to be an Aussie. Maybe they are jealous that you don't live in Wales, while they are stuck there. Wales vs. Australia. No contest. Australia wins every time.
My guess is that Lydford is a lot closer to the mark than this massively ill-thought-out contribution.

Musty, no reasonable person will hold those views and the same goes for Thai. You can be sure that if you ever visit, we'll keep a welcome in the hillside. Not sure about the vales, though.
