many black people do still have concerns about telling 'the man' about racial abuse because they dont believe the authorities will help.

and every human alive can trace themselves back to one of those 3 primary races. some could argue we could all trace ourselves back to being black but recent evidence suggest thats incorrect. a recent fossil was found in Germany whixh questions Africa as the cradle of life but since humans became a single species we are all a variation of black, Caucasian or Asian.

this is what it boils down too. governments change their laws regarding racism frequently to suit the current sheep culture. strip away the flavour of the month politics and the basics are simple. they dont change to suit the current views of society like politics and laws do. racism refers to race and race alone. the law can say it refers to anything it likes but its just the law. in time it will change again while racism will still be about race.
