Chelsea one of the most immoral teams since the invention of the game. The CFC fans should keep there mouths firmly shut!
The thing is Drogs The FA's remit on racism always meant that no matter what the outcome of Terry's case they were still gonna charge him. They set the precedent with Suarez when they refused to accept 'context' as an explanation/excuse, the fact that a reference to Evra's skin colour was made meant in their eyes he was guilty. Terry and Ferdinand(re-tweet)according to them used words as a reference to Anton's/Coles skin colour. One that slipped through the net is Paulo Di Canio who admitted calling one of players by his skin colour instead of name during training. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18245752
What's a temas? If you want immoral btw: please log in to view this image The king handled such a sensitive subject superbly...
Yea, god forbid. Footballer not clued up in every aspect of P.R. Human makes mistake shocker. Get over it..... Besides he was innocent, whats wrong with wearing a shirt with a picture on it? Fook all. Go to bed muppet.
Yeah I understand that, which is what's so ridiculous. I am under no doubt that had the Suarez case gone through the same procedure as Terry then the verdict would've been the same - not guilty. Whatever the FA say doesn't matter anyway, people are always going to pick and choose their comments to suit their own teams, a load of Chelsea fans will have said the FA were right to charge Suarez yet wrong to charge Terry and vice versa so all this bickering is so pointless.
A lot when the shirt represents support for a player (man on said shirt) who was currently under investigation for racism . Fans, fair enough but not ANY representative of Liverpool FC.
It's fine that Suarez got punished for his mistake, reds fans accept that, I think it is the inconsistency that annoy LFC fans, will JT or Rio get an eight match ban, or will they be booed for the rest of their careers? Highly unlikely.
For the things in question, Rio or Terry shouldn't get 8 game bans. Terry is being charged for abusive language/behavior towards another player and bringing the game into disripute - no way does that merit 8 games especially after he was cleared by law. Rio, that was just petty, a fine will do. Oh and before you go off on one, I don't think Suarez should've received 8 games purely based on the FA's opinion either.
ask the dozens of your lot who were crawling round our board on the day of the verdict if they care .
JT = had affair with team mate GF, racially assaulted fellow England team mate's brother Ferdinand = failed drugs test, made racial remark Rooney, shags grannies etc Giggs, shags in laws etc Suarez, racially assaulted (allegedly) the biggest cock in the game Conclusion, footballers are not the sharpest tools in the box.
"are you seriously thinking he told Evra negro out of love or friendship and not as an insult !!!?" No, show me where I said that. He used a word that is frequently used in his country, and even in this country (as with the word black) the word in itself is not racist. was it said with intent? Almost certainly, as he'd been racilly abused by Evra himself (forgot which d"ckhead said Suarez hasn't a sister, you're mssing the point, as the panel deliberately did, that Evra specifically said it in Spanish- hardly an exclaimation, is it?). And ffs, there's more evidence that Evra called him a Sudaca than there is he said negro/blackie/nigga seven times. And without trawling through the post again, which halfwit said Suarez admitted calling him negro seven times, let alone 'nigga' - which even Evra admitted he didn't call him after changing his story three times (and demonstrably lied himself over why he was reluctant to say to say the word 'nigga' in evidence). Look, Suarez used a racist word in the heat of an argument started by Evra and was 'convicted' for saying another word seven times based upon nothing more than word of an opponent who himself had used two racist phrases, as defined by the FA's very own rule 3a; WHICH DOES NOT JUST CONFINE RACISM TO SKIN COLOUR. John Terry used a word and phrase which a proper court has deemed was not said with intent. Whether the FA will agree is yet to be seen, but unarguably he said what he said in the heat of the moment after being aggressively taunted by another player. Rio, and that is who this thread is about, endorsed a racist phrase enthusiastically at the end of a computer keyboard on an internet forum - his response was pre-meditated. Yet of all three accused of racism (and it should have been four with Evra) it is telling that Lord Ousely and the anti-racist sinecure self-publicists and Fleet Street's finest drunkards (of various races themselves) have found it necessary to defend Ferdinand and condemn the other two. All I'm saying is, is it because they, Terry and Suarez, is not black?
It is very clear, Ferdinand accused Cole of being a choc-ice (black on the outside, white on the inside) this is clearly racist. The precedent for racist behavior has already been set, an 8 game ban, so if Rio receives any less than this, then it is an absolute disgrace without question.
"Funny isn't it how the overwhelming majority of other fans think Liverpool and Suarez handled the racism case disgracefully. Typical Liverpool fan always claiming to be the victim and never accepting responsibility." How to contradict yourself in two sentences. Outstanding. Liverpool did deal with it appallingly - they should have apologised for Suarez using the word once and then taken the FA to the CAS in Switzerland for malicious victimisation.
Well he was convicted, so if we go by the Manc law, where you are guilty as charged by the F.A........
