Well to be honest DT, I really can't be arsed. I started a thread regarding Swords last month when he tried to defend John Terry and criticized Anton Ferdinand. At the time there were quiet a few who jumped to his defense, so I kept quiet as I knew he would eventually shoot himself in the foot.

But your comments regarding my post here, shows that you are none too pleased that he is gone, so I guess that you were a fan. How you can say that my comments are insulting to everyone here is beyond me, please explain further, as I would like anyone to say if my comment has offended them.

What I will say is I'm actually very surprised you are still here, as last night you tried to defend the most outrageously racist comment from that Leeds muppet, and know the fact you seem so put out by the fact that Swords has been banned shows that you too seem to be from the same ilk. At least swords talked English and not some inane twaddle that you always spout out.

If you want to be taken seriously and don't want to further marginalize yourself, then for once just talk in English and not the language of someone you'd expect to be in a straight jacket.

Why do we keep dragging this on!!! Football please and general courtesy to each other. If you wouldn't say it face to face with colleagues at work or in front of a copper in the street don't say it on here just because it's the faceless Internet!! Suggest everybody moves on and we focus on an exciting season ahead! If there is no football to discuss I'd like to think we all have something else to do, hopefully nobody lives for a forum!!

 

Brix deserves a hell of a lot of respect for the "job" he's doing. And that's exactly it, it should not be a job like it have been for him (and NUTS) lately. Just to imagine how much this nonsense have taken from his own spare time and from discussing what we're all really on here for, is something we all should have in mind before we press the 'Post Quick Reply' button.
The responses that Brixton have put on every thread that he's had to close lately are post's of the highest order. Always well explained and never leaves anything to the imagination. And now I've learned you work with people management, it makes perfect sense the way you conduct your role on here.
Everyone concerned has got the groundrules told them time and time again, and if you don't heed the warning then it's nobody else' fault than ones own.

It's sad that it have to come to this, but if the mods see it fit then I trust them 100% to make the correct call.


Brixton, always a joy to read what you write, hopefully now you have more time to write about what matters, the R's. And to all of us, let's keep Brix' "job" to a minimum.

Very well put Norveige! If everyone self-moderated (in the way the vast majority do), all you'd ever see from me is the odd sticky going up, the occasional thread merge and the usual load of guff and stuff I put out about our club.

Hate going on about modding tbh - but my style is to keep people informed as best I can about the lead up to actions affecting us all on here.

This thread was meant to be a bit of a digest, mopping up and taking us back to what we're all about. If DT can decide whether he wants to accept the wishes of the majority or do the other thing, I think we can close up and get on with it.

 

Fair enough! I've been away and have no ****ing idea what's happened. Just asking is all!! I've looked through the offending threads and I have found no trace of anyone being banned. Just seeking clarification....not trying to rake things up!!

It wont be as easy as it looks on paper, we have a fair few new signings to bed in yet and that could prove to be a drawn out process. But at least we have two of our easiest games to start, so all depends on how well we do there.

 

Isn't it the QPR way though to lose those two and then win the next 3?

You see, I don't get this hatred, I just don't get it at all. It's inflammatory and I just don't see it (I may have repeated myself there).

I've said before that I've been a big fan of the Rangers teams of the past, and I meant it. The internet (and muppets using it to spout such things) has a lot to answer for.

It would be a shame if i now saw you in a bad light because of ridiculous posts like this. Good luck this season (I mean it) - won't be long now.
