Well I hope you will be able to take comfort from that whilst you are involved in a relegation dog-fight....
They're practically yours then, you should contact the police! EDIT: I still think it's a load of PR ****e. Sure it sounds good but it's largely immaterial, really.
Well said Bazciniiii whether its PR bullshit or not it does no harm. No one thinks it is anything other than a simple gesture of respect at the most (so not sure who's being gullible about what) but better to pay respect to those who pay a lot of hard earned than to just ignore them.
"It was a special night for me personally and it was great to see you in the stadium and in great voice; you made me proud and you made the players proud. You are an integral part of this team. Both last night in Belarus and on the club's tour to North America, I am continually humbled by the passion and commitment you show in supporting the team. We will never take you for granted." Basically he is saying, I appreciate the fans, please be patient with me I have a vision and it may take time. And a message to the players, these supporters pay there hard earned cash to see you play, so you better deliver. Good statement, as Billy lad says nothing wrong with a simple gesture of respect.
Michael and his brother Brian were both Liverpool supporters when they were kids MJ, he might one day be manager of his beloved boyhood club.
I hope not, I like Laudrup, liked the way you play, just getting annoyed with the slagging, is what it is though.
for me right or wrong by rodgers doesn't come into this. its just what he does and who he is. he wrote similar to the ungrateful swans he kept up so its not out of left field. i'm not very worried or impressed by it really
It's making the effort.cant be criticised as a nice gesture to fans and is irrelevant to how good or bad he performs where it matters which is his teams on the pitch. I want a manager who wins us games. I'll gladly take a Manager who wins us games AND says thank you for turning up and watching.
