To be honest I didn't fall for the hype in the first place, it appeared to me like someone had a wee chat with someone and then blew everything out of proportion. LUST may have what they feel is the best interests of Leeds fans when getting involved, but football is not run like any other business and the people involved in football don't do it for love, they do it for financial reasons, although what the hell that is I don't know. There may be someone interested in buying the club, but I would very much doubt they have millions to spend on the club, more like they would keep the business plans already commenced by Bates, simply as a future sale on.

I don't doubt for a second it was in full swing and heading towards something exciting for Leeds fans - Far too much has gone on for it not to have been on the cards right down to the prospective new owners meeting with NW and speaking to Snoddy. However I fear something has gone wrong, maybe just stalling tactics by one of the parties, maybe the new buyers are having a problem raising funds or one of the backers have pulled out, I don't know what but something isn't quite right at the moment.

What would you guys ask LUST if you had the shot ? No point of covering old ground or asking them to identify the owners but what would you like to ask given the shot?

Nowt wrong with anything they have done, they at least tried to get people interested in the club and got the issues with the supporters into the media. I guess the next question for them is what is the plan should (as I think is likely) the takeover not be achieved or is only partially achieved (in that the new owners only wish to increase the building work at the stadium and training facility and will not add funds to the playing staff)?

The same question as they asked on their last statement - Is it still on course, a definitive yes or no not any "I think", "I believe", "I see no reason" etc etc. I would like the buyers to make a statement saying we are in DD and it is still on course or there are a few issues holding things up... I am not silly enough to believe they would divulge what the hold up was, just admit there is an issue or just state they are taking a long time because of the amount involved and possibly give us a completed by date even if that date was still 60 days away.
