I love having a bit of banter with my fellow football fans no matter what team they support. I am a bit dry with my humor and it sometimes gets miscontrued. I must admit i am abhored by this sort of thing and would be ashamed if this type of fan thought the majority of my clubs fans would be party to this. JFT 96..........

The guy's name is apparently Dan/Danny Hornby.
The title is slightly wrong for this article, it should read, this is what is wrong with society. Disgraceful that someone would even think that let alone get a tattoo of it.
Someone find out where he works and we can organise a boycott until he's fired. If he doesn't work, shop him for fiddling benefits.
