    ive been told his clause doesnt expire it increases to 15 mill, i dont know if theres any truth in this probs just bull like just thought id share

    Tbh, I'd take 15mil for him. But does no one else think that now, if he was going to leave, he would have? With the clause expiring now anybody who wanted him would've made their move before they had to shell out 2/3x the price.

    It expires for sure. He then attracts market value.
    If he was gonna leave it would make sense for player and buying club to move before now and not to wait until his price goes up.

    He would have got £3.5m from the Transfer fee.
    Now he gets probably the standard 10% or so.

    To me it was NEVER in doubt that he would stay &#8211; however I reckon the official word would reveal more clubs sniffing around than were mentioned.

    Also, if he and his people were that keen on cashing in he would have been touted around all the top clubs or those with money to burn. So does that mean we can say Demba loves NUFC to the tune of £3.5m? And they say there's no loyalty in football!

    But in all seriousness and my obvious bias aside, could there be any better and exciting English PL club to be at these days?

    Now, lets sign up Debuchy and Douglas before adding another striker to the Double Demba's for when they disappear to the ACON!
