Until you learn what debate actually is and then go on to understand how debate is actually conducted then there is absolutely no point in attempting to debate with you.
The Guardian article is inaccurate in relation to Suarez. He was never charged with racism (a fact that the majority of dickheads from other clubs don't understand). He was charged with using racist language.
The Guardian got away with it because Suarez hadn't been cleared by a criminal court. so if he had sued the Guardian he would not have had Terry's not guilty verdict to point to in a civil case. The onus would have been on Suarez to prove he was not a racist . The specific clarification later in the FA verdict would have helped him but by then the damage was done & any civil action by Suarez would have been just another bad PR exercise with no real win for him. Terry has both plus points before the end of the FA's inquiry. Unless the FA changes tact and actually declares Terry racist in its judgement (not a chance because of the criminal verdict) the Guardian would not risk repeating the headline. Terry, at the end of his career has little left to lose. Guardian knows it.
