Xisco has scored 1 goal and not had much other chances. Would like to see him again.

This, although I'm thinking Ireland might be more bother than he's worth. I really rate Ba and he seems to have got over his injuries so I'd defo take a punt.

 

I don't want to rely on foreign stars next season. Sign someone class like Gervinho, and buy some PL talent or get some loans in. Ireland, Dos Santos.

I don't want Gameiro because i can see him being a Torres-esque flop at this level. Gervinho, i reckon he can cut it, but Gameiro looks like he would get run over in this league, and i don't want to buy players that will take seasons to get up to the standard like Jonas and Colo.

Samba isn't really prone to mistakes, he lacks agility but Coloccini would be the perfect partner for him as he's one of the most skilled and agile CB's in this league. We have 3 skillfull, pacey strikers in our squad, we need someone that can help us deal with physical/ariel threat, especially from set plays. We've been pushed around too easily by bigger teams and Samba could help us out. Plus we have no leader at the back, and Samba be our defense captain.

 

This. I'd like us to get Gervinho as a big name and a combination of Ba & Samba would do us great. Samba may not be the biggest but Colo can handle that and Ba would be a great target man. Assuming we keep all of our top players a team like this would be amazing...

That's exactly the team i'd play. Except maybe Ireland in place of Nolan if he proves himself And i'd want some extra signings for depth. I don't think BA, Ameobi and Best is a strong enough strike force.

 

I was thinking about Ireland, but he hasn't proved himself yet and I think Nolan is a vital part of our team and that he needs to be part of it for next season at least.

As for the strikers I would definitely want to buy another striker but I couldn't be bothered to think of one.

 

I agree. Nolan is a massive threat on goal, and he only seems slow because he's not as quick as the others on the team. He can play one touch passes and through/long balls perfectly fine.

 

Although if Ireland was to impress I'd definitely want him to play a part and with Nolan getting on a bit he may get a few injuries next season which may give him his chance.

Although saying this we have 'two internationals' waiting in the wing! Gervinho & Samba please!!!!

 

I'd pay 8 mil for Samba, and 15 mil for Gerv.

Exactly the same, would leave us with some cash for another back up striker as well as Ba. Hopefully West Ham will get relegated so we can nick him for about £6 million.

 

I'd be sad if we lost Enrique, but i reckon we could get 15 mil for him and we could be a good replacement for about half that.

We should be adding 2/3 mids, 2 attacking options atleast and a defender.

 

Nolan brings great leadership to the team,when we were without him we played very poorly.
I've seen us play with Colo and Barton as captain and neither of them have brought the same leadership as Nolan.

 

Think we're relying on West Ham going down to get Ba and the Samba thing is unrealistic because there will be better offers IMO. Ireland would be good on form and probably available for 5mil or less. Gameiro and/or Gervinho would be excellent IMO and of course, Kranjcar!

Also Enrique has only one year of his contract yet, we'd do extremely well to get 15mil for a player who would be available for nothing a year later.
