    Codemasters remind me of Mclaren..
They have great potential, but then concentrate on crap which doesnt matter one bit making everything else worse.

Thought Lewis Hamilton's pitstop problems were something new? Well, they're not! I was watching a 2008 season review the other day and during the Malaysian Grand Prix a slow stop cost Lewis any chance of a podium.

Of more significance is the news that Lotus are planning "some interesting new upgrades for the German GP" according to James Allison, whilst Grosjean will have a five place penalty for a change of gearbox.

Yes, after making a load of mistakes at the start of the year, now he seems to be having a lot of problems through no fault of his own.

It doesn't affect the 2012 game at all. Different group of people.

Ascanelli was the trump card of Toro Rosso. That car is going to the dogs now, more so than before, and it'll be blamed on Daniel and Jean-Eric.

Russia's supposed to be 2014, as for France, well that's gone rather quiet.

I don't know anywhere else to mention it, but from next month Autosport will be limiting access to their articles; 50 per month unless you pay for a subscription. I can't see this affecting most of us who only browse the occasional article, but thought it was worth mentioning.

Desperate measures! Unfortunately for them, it's most likely effect will be to reduce their readership, eventually having a corresponding loss of revenue from advertising and reducing their position in the consciousness of the average follower of motor sport. I don't personally care one jot, but I think it's a bad move by the publication.

    Incidentally, does Murdoch own it?

    My thoughts exactly...

According to Wikipedia (that ever trustworthy resource), it is owned by the Haymarket Media Group, a privately-owned group from the UK. No mention of Emperor Palpatine unfortunately.

Aah. That'll be Heseltine then, Tom; although I doubt that charging 50p for access to their on-line stuff was his idea.
