Fletcher and Olsson ? Wtf? Big mistake! OlssOn is average at best and Fletcher is a million miles away from been either prolific or what we need. If these were our two top buys this summer I will be seriously worried! DISASTER!

Name a better left back than Olsson we can realistically buy, I'm intrigued.

I'd rather play ricco there than get this championship standard guy in.

He aint CC standard at all.

He's not gonna set the world on fire, but he's solid enough at the back, and has great pace and can whip in a decent ball.

I think he's perfect for us, add pace behind McLean, reducing the effect of people doubling up on him, Prem experience, Sweden international, the right age, and as Tash mentioned can whip in a quality delivery on the overlap.

He's a very good left back IMO, and I think he's the best left back within our reach, easily.

All about opinions mate, and you are more than entitled to yours <ok>

He hardly stood out in a piss poor team that spent nearly the whole season at the bottom of the table! He also has the "art" of long ball football drilled into him as we all know the disgusting football they play. If we were just aiming to stay up then maybe an ok buy. But we are aiming for top 8-10 finish I expect us to aim higher.

I think he very much DID stand out for Blackburn, always available, and very decent on the ball coming forward.

To be a Sweden international you are generally of a decent standard, I want us to sign the lad, indeed, I think I did an article about 8 months ago punting him for us.

So who would you buy Micky, restrict yourself to realistic targets who would actually consider coming here.

Think he is worth 4m personally, who else could we get as good or better than Olsson? Taiwo, M'Bengue or Tienne would all cost around the 4-7m mark

Olsson - one of the better players in a team which imo had a very bad season, if you look at blackburns players that year they weren't actually that bad a team just had a ****e manager nevertheless I think could be brilliant and could compliment mcclean and help him up the wing

Fletcher - 24 goals in 68 games, most of which he is used as a sub....therefore could very well be prolific just never given a real chance

And as other people claim, who would you go for that would be better acquisitions realistically?

**** my old boots, if he is worth that, us fully quallified aircraft engineers, who make sure you fly safely, must be worth fifty quid an hour at least. alas not to be. In the wrong game so to speak.

Tere seems to be a lot of twitchy bums and we havn't even started yet? Time left to bring in 4-5 good signings,of course we can improve but people panicking over nothing at the moment. I WILL be dissapointed if we don't bring in 2 strikers. A good midfielder and a left back. However 2 strikers are a priority. I'm not so sure we will go for top strikers due to us having our fingers burnt by Bent and Gyan. Both dumped us in the **** big time.
