    If he's not fit enough for 90 minutes then why is he in the squad?

    I really cannot see what he brings personaly. If he was a Roy Keane esque leader then fair enough, or was still able to play like Richards, or brought attention like becks..... I really do not see why he is out there when we could have had Thud (former under 21 captain), Dawson, Bent, Agbonlahore etc.

    It was a Giggs header at the far post from a Bellamy cross, YV.
    Not a bad move, but the keeper didn't react at all.
    He'd have done well to keep it out though, to be fair.

    The defence looks a lot more balanced this time, which isn't surprising as everyone's in position.
    Sordell's put in a good shift, too.
    Ramsey looks decent on the right.
    Better all round, really.

    Two men with him, makes the intelligent run and just lifts it into the back of the net, with the keeper stranded.

    Should be game over, now.
    Hopefully Pearce will be braver with his subs in future.

    Yeah, it was just weird that they made no attempt to acknowledge it at the time. I think on the replay Lawro said Allen did well to put him off or something, I thought I was going crazy and I was the only one who thought it was a penalty.

    The BBC have 24 digital channels dedicated to the olympics ch 550-573 HD 574-597 normal res on virgin. I dont know what the channel numbers are on sky or freeview.
