Its not true then. Don't be gullible mate, thats obviously a bullshit site for bullshitters to get themselves some attention. Lets look at some examples: 13 days ago, if a deal was "close" then I'm sure it wouldn't have taken that long for it to be completed. Well this was on the 30th of May, a month ago and still no news. Where is this announcement? Lets face it, he's just a bullshitter who recycles rumours off twitter in an attempt to look good.
We do have a deal with China Airlines now though, don't we? Everything else on the site contributed by normal people is bullshit, but the Macca guy and the people that run the site seem mostly accurate. He called Carroll, and Kenny leaving and Rodgers arriving since I've used the site and the regular users seem to like him a lot. He says his source is an ex-player I think. The people that run the site (and there's a site for United, Arsenal, Chelsea as well) seem to know scouts. Of course, you have to be cautious, and believe me I'm as cynical as they come, but if you believe anyone online about LFC rumours it's this guy.
I haven't seen any announcement whatsoever on a sponsorship for the stadium or anything mate. Disagree with your last sentence though mate, if he knew anything he'd come out and say it instead of making vague posts up about players. Like with all people who pretend they have inside info they make it as vague as possible, and even when they do commit to saying X player will join, when he doesn't they'll say something like "yeah but things change quickly in football" OR "I'm giving you this info in good faith if you don't want it I'll stop posting". What these people do is actually very similar to the people who are behind horoscopes, they'll cover all their bases and make sure there's no way their "predicitions" will be wrong.
Pretty sure there's some sort of deal with China Airlines. 'Allen deal close' was pretty definite. Believe me, I know what all these people are like! I'm far from gullible! I'm saying he's as good a 'source' for us lot as any on rumours, as he seems more reliable than newspapers, gossip columns etc. I'll never be going out spending my own money on his calls though!
Macca just posts other peoples info as his own that he gets from other forums. Everytime he comes out with something Duncan Jenkins, Tony Barrett, Ben Smith, and two other everyday Reds on Twitter who have excellent contacts have always posted it first and their the only people that should be listened to as their the only ones with proven track records. Macca claims he got Rodgers well before he was announced but what he doesn't say is that he 'called' Rodgers by saying "Klopp is FSGs first choice but also can't rule out Rodgers" or something similar. It was hardly a definitive 'call' is it? The people to listen to our: Tony Barrett in The Times and less so on Twitter. Duncan Jenkins on Twitter. Ben Smith BBc and on Twitter. Neil Jones Echo on Twitter and a lad called Mark Mc on Twitter (I can't remember his Handle its something like @MarkMcmacca). I know Mark personally and know who his source is and its as good as they come (Mark isn't Macca before anyone thinks that). a lad called Jay on Twitter (can't remember his Twitter name - for his and Marks above go to my Twitter @Tony_The_Red and look at my followers and find them on that list)
