Well City are currently the champs so ovcourse they are a "threat" and Chelsea have improved so far this transfer window so yes they are a threat infact i have already said this, the title will be between Manchester United, City and Chelsea if they can play together.

Why you included Liverpool is beyond me though maybe they will be a threat to Everton for the top 7 but i'm not so sure.
