Just look at this - Access not immediate, but rather by an unnecessary 'click the button' crap; ....and how many pages to deliver the info? http://www.hullcityafc.net//news/article/rochdale-0-city-1-275868.aspx? Totally CRAP.
Maybe somebody from the Club/OWs will venture on to this board and pick up on our feelings about the Website.....
The thing is - it's not directly to do with the club - they need to protest to whoever runs these websites - I presume they are the people behind "player" All of the generic websites have been updated to this style, and they are all equally gash. I don't think the clubs get a great deal of say in the running - they are all too similar.
I have just been on 'citys website, it must be the most frustrating site on the football web. I can't get on with it at all, or is it just me and an age thing?:.
I am yet to find another Club that is using our new style also but there isn't. We've gone unique. And it's ****. The design is terrible, it's hard to find things, the pictures just blag everybody's heads and it needs updating. It's not only you pal, it's an annoyingly terrible layout.
i deliberately avoid it now and try to find the same news elsewhere . i guess its different if you're logged in and all that , but i can't be bothered with it.
Pretty much all clubs are getting the same format from the same supplier and they're all having the same problems, it seems they went live far too early.
It's just too busy. It needs simplification. Anyone tried it on a mobile device? Unaccessable to say the least.
I've seen Reading and Luton with the layout and there's are far worse, but surely as a club we have to leave PremiumTV, or whatever they are called, make our own website and TV channel or something like that. I'm guessing this won't happen so I can only dream.
We are stuck with the suppliers for a while, signed a long term deal, cheers PD yet more hangover. However I believe there are exit clauses if we get promoted.
dont think ive been on it for about 5 years anyway, find out anything thats ever on it about 4 days earlier from other sources..like here
