No it's because you come out with rubbish about JT serving a longer ban than Suarez!

Don't worry TEL,that will not be Suarez last ban for being a racist. He'll be at it again.

The timing is an absolute disgrace - "right lads - football isn't the centre of the universe today so how can we change that ?" "I've got an idea boss..."

Anyway, he was found not guilty in a court of law, Anton Ferdinand said it didn't happen so there should be no case to answer. I'm a Watford fan so have absolutely no bias either way.

FFS - let's not compare JT to the Birmingham 6 or Timothy Evans. <doh>

I'm bored of this whole sorry saga now and just want it over and done with, whatever the outcome. It's not good for the club or our image to have our captain all over the front pages of the newspapers yet again and - let's be honest with ourselves here - JT brings a lot of this negativity onto himself. Fine him, ban him, whatever - let's just put this shabby episode behind us and move on.

That's what I found interesting about the charges. They say he verbally abused AF but AF never heard anything. Actually as was proven at the court case,no one actually heard anything.

'Equal to or larger than' - and I didn't specify a charge. It could very well be for abusive language or behaviour, disrepute etc.

Now, I can find you a dictionary definition of 'equal' if you're still struggling on that point, or you can find one yourself <ok>

Nothing wrong with him, can't ban everyone from our board. What he said is sadly true if Terry is found guilty. One thing we all know is that whatever the out come the FA look like even bigger tits that before.

    <ok>

I enjoy discussing issues about various teams with supporters who aren't full of vitriol and dull partisanship (like yourself and other Chelsea posters I've mentioned).

I reached the conclusion long ago that CPofL is a wum.

And, on Terry, I think the FA will charge him - they are in a tight spot with the whole issue.

    - The nation was baying for a guilty verdict in court, as most believe (probably rightly) that he used racist language, or language considered racially toned etc.
    - They will now look to the FA to give some sort of placation to them.
    - The FA can still charge him for abusive behaviour, which I think is likely.
    - The FA are under huge pressure to appear proactive against racism in the game, and to uphold their own rules.
    - The precedent of the Suarez case - they can charge based on whatever evidence they decide is most likely - the balance of probability.

The FA really are acting on impulse. They have no solid backbone to charging Terry fairly now. Charge Terry for abusive language then Anton has to go as well, charge him for racism then Terry can complain he was found innocent by a court of law. It's just a mess.

Yeh it's none or both in the interest of fairness, but I doubt they'll charge Anton.

How the FA deals with things is a complete farce. But they do have to show consistency.

Peoples natural instinct is to defend what is closest to them as Chelsea fans are here and Liverpool fans did 9 months ago.

I expect John terry to get a ban, but will not comment on whether it will be the right decision or not as even a court of law could not find clarity in this case...

What does bite me is that a clear cut case like Rios comments on twitter goes completely without penalty...

I just hope that Chelsea dont have to go through the same uneducated **** that us pool fans have had to put up with...(Being branded a racist club.)

Hope it all gets dealt with quickly, whatever the outcome so we can get on with proper football debate and banter, rather than all the aggressive speculation that raises its head when such a contentious issue is in the news.

The majority of Chelsea fans on here are pleasant, it's just the odd village idiot trying to act all tough behind a keyboard.

All I personally want is justice!

OK, brain of Britain - 'Equal to or larger than' Now why, as you have in fact stated LARGER in your comment, should he receive a LARGER ban than Suarez. I know the definition of equal but then you added "or larger than" so lets answer that bit shall we? Now, I can find you a dictionary definition of 'LARGER' if you're still struggling on that point, or you can find one yourself.

You realise that the discussion moved along from what was simply an opening point?

If I'm the brain, goodness knows what part you are <yikes>
