Part of the FA's charge is that Terry used "insulting behaviour". Ferdinand used insulting behaviour first with his comments about JT's ALLEGED affair!

 

As what JT said is clearly visable, then he should get a bigger ban than LS, and it's far worse than what Joey Barton did.

He was guilty in the eyes of the police, but it couldn't be proved in court as he is a high profile footballer who happens to play for England. If that had been a member of the public, then they would have been found guilty. I'm saying this as a general comment, not because it's JT.

It doesn't matter what the police do does it? All they do is bring the case to the CPS who then decide if "THERE IS A CASE TO ANSWER". And by the way, it understand the concept perfectly, it's you who apparently does not so I'll tell you who the Birmingham 6 were. They were 6 men accused by the police of bombings and due to police corruption, were put away for 25 years until it was proven that the police had fabricated evidence to the contrary. Timothy Evans was hung for a murder he didn't commit due to the police fabricating a confession. - DO YOU GET IT NOW???????????????????

There is a marked difference between the reasoned, quality replies from Yurilly, SW6 and Drogs to the replies given by yourself.

You'll find that Yurilly, SW6, Drogs and I actually agreed last night and had a decent bit of discussion. Do they talk nonsense as well?
