When Charles Green is on TV or Radio they have an actor to do a voice over for him.

As they have not said they won't, then one must assume they actually will.

Neil Doncaster, Chief Executive of the SPL: "We are pleased to have reached an agreement with the parties concerned. Discussions will now continue with our broadcast partners and we expect to be in a position to make a further announcement next week on broadcasting rights and the on-going EBT investigation."

Again with the EBTs, who cares about the EBTs now, they are not the issue, Dual Contracts are the issue.

I think Doncaster is just simplifying EBT's as the dual contract - I know, you know & everybody else knows they are different issues but don't forget the **** this guy was spouting about Newcos not so long ago <ok>

Let them convince people its about EBTs because they are going to lose that case anyway.

Actually I think they are desperately trying to find some mechanism to avoid dealing with the dual contract issue. I find it quite impossible to believe they dont already know the outcome of the investigation into this and are just feverently hoping that if they keep circling in some kind of holding pattern some event will come along and allow them to not be the authority who are seen to take the decision on this.

    Think your wrong there RL.

Earlier I would have agreed with you, they were desperate to try & ignore it.............but some sections of the media are getting upto speed with things & would ask the questions you wouldn't usually see in Scottish football - therefore it was never going to go away.

Sure they know it is a guilty verdict and so does Green, McCoist & co hence they are digging their feet in about this issue and D&P were forced to hand over certain documents to the SPL so must be something there.

McCoist has been pretty vocal about the subject, and lets face it as an ex player who is best to know if they had dual contracts or not?

Surely mccoist must be in trouble after his rant tonight . Again he repeated the mis management of Rangers over the last 10 months !!! Tell the idiot it's the last 20 years hence why the spl won't let the ebt go . Praises the sfl and mentions Jim Ballantyne for special praise , did he meet him at the bigot match in Belfast ???and totally blast the spl , his statement could well be the final nail in the coffin , no way the spl will back down now .
