Some interesting words from BIG. Fan- The YEP is reporting that the new owners, directly tried to change Snoddys mind about going... BIG- and its true! Fan- Ok, so they tried and he still wanted to go? BIG- there are other factors relating to snoddy that i am not sure i can say? oh **** it push the boat out, an agent was brought in to 'assist' snoddy with the deal, prior to his involvement snoddy did not want to go. warnock did not want snoddy to leave and i honestly believe he did all he could to keep him which included a conference call with representatives of the 'new owners' we keep calling them. the new agent it would appear had by this point become very influential in what was to be the most likely outcome. check the name nick ruberry. the bottom line is snoddy chose his destiny, nowt can change that fact, but what led to that desicion leaves a very bitter taste in the mouth and more questions than answers
bucks - nick ruberry is an agent that usually represents non-league players. Think Beckford was on his books when at Wealdstone!
He did have Becks on his books, as well as Max Gradel & loads more! He started off in a role at Hudders (I think) which was to basically fend agents off. He saw what money they can make learnt his trade and jumped over to the other side and has made a fortune!
Bucks - he seems to be ITK - Twitter from 03.06.2012 ‏@nickrubery1 - Heard some very interesting news on Nottingham forest today. Lots of changes on the cards next couple of weeks I think. Not just owners....
No doubt he is mate. He has probably got a working interest within Forest and will be watching them closely to shift players in/out. He probably knows who the LUFC owners are as he could well be privvy to the information if he or Snod were involved in the conference call.
