Anyone else having problems with Tiger Player? I paid for a year but have had less than 6 months use out of it, now I keep getting e-mail address not recognized. Can I cancel the next payment and if so how, I do not want them taking money out for something I can't get into, I have sent them YET ANOTHER e-mail through their site but won't hold my breath as I have never received a reply to my previous enquiries. When is the renewal date?
I had the same problem, though it says you can log in using your email address, it seems you can't, you have to log in using whatever username you registered with. I emailed them and to be fair, they did sort it and get me back on straight away.
I signed up after a break and they asked me to suggest a password but then when I signed in it wouldn't accept me and I sent an email. They got back the next day but with a different password. Stopping your DD will cause confusion so I would email them.
