    Life blood of the county mate. They do fcukin barge you over with their back packs and take forever to work out how much to put in the car park machine and start off with a half of Doombar in case they don't like it, but bless 'em if we didn't have tourism down here they might as well turn the lights out.
    The real pains are the weekenders. Fcukin great 4 wheel drives with sial boards on the top buying houses in villages so there are no locals left so then the PO, chippy and pub shuts as there is no one there Mon-Fri.
    A friend of mine is a line fisherman and him and his fellow fishermen wanted the quay extended and repaired so they could improve landing the fish. But the fcukin weekenders objected and now they have to make do.

    There was some knob second home owner in Burnham Market who complained that the Cockerel on the allotments woke him up in the morning, it went to the parish council, then to District, who said that the offending creature had to be removed. The owner of the creature refused so a lawyer was hired. Can you believe it, these ****ers want to live in the country but want to keep the City lifestyle!
    We call them HAEMORRHOIDS, they're a pain in the arse and hang around in bunches!!!!

    It's a bit like the Hyde Park curfew! It's loud, it's London and the concerts bring a lot of money to Hyde Park, deal with it!

    Television reporters who wear hard hats while standing outside the fence of a building site!
    Reporters who stand outside buildings for no apparent reason;
    We're now going over to our political reporter outside Downing street; we all know where it is and what the Primeminster looks like so whats the point.
    We're now going over to our Royal Correspondent outside Buckingham Palace; Once again we all know where it is and what it looks like, and how many pictures of Liz are there in the world.

    this made me laugh redruth. how can you order a half of doombar in case you don't like it¬! it's everywhere now and a very nice brew it is too!

    second home owners, well it's all about balance, but there are too many places now that are dead in the winter because no locals live in the village! we often go up to north wales, and the village there is full of them. i'm not from there, but my wife's family is so there is a big link, and at least i have bothered to learn a little about the history of the place, rather than just getting pissed up in the boat club and wear a Villa shirt (yep there are plenty of brummies there so i will wear my city shirt with pride this summer)

    Greedy Tube and Train drivers who despite already getting an undeserved £1000 bonus for just doing their jobs are now going on strike during the Olympics! If this Government had any balls it would sack all those who went out on strike and replace them! <grr> Greedy, unpatriotic ****s the lot of them!

    Hear, hear. Can't see how having extra punters on board makes much difference to their working day. Press go. Arrive. Press Stop. Open doors. Close doors. Press go. Repeat for eight hours unless on strike. Personally wouldn't want to work in a tunnel all the time but would certainly rather do their job on a comfy chair for more cash than a miner gets for working his arse off underground.

    Wonky this is the gospel truth;
    I was at a funeral in the 1980's, there was a man and woman there in matching YELLOW shell suits. They would have been better off coming stark bollock naked!!!!
