I wish that was true, but sadly, it was probably just a woman.

    Oh, I almost forgot...

Went for a romantic meal down the Blacksmith's Table in Washy village last feb with my better half for my birthday. It was just after Wolves beat Spurs and we were the only ones in the restaurant. In walks Mick McCarthy and his pal and I said "Alright mate?!" he nodded and said "Yeah, you? How you doing?"

Our lass straight away had a face like thunder, she thought we'd come away for a nice quiet meal and then my mate or one of my mates dads had turned up and ruined our romantic night out! She asked me, in a pissed off voice, "Who's that?"..... "Errrm, Mick McCarthy" I replied. She started laughing and felt a bit silly. Especially as she's a supposed Sunderland supporter <doh>.

She took me out this Feb too for my birthday and we went to Hana Hana near Stowell Street in town. In case you haven't been it's a place where about ten people sit in front of the hot-plate and the chef cooks everyone's meal infront of them. We just so happened to be sharing a table with Justin Hoyte, Seb Hines and who appeared to be some other random **** footballers. They were all on their phones all night, proper glum ****ers, but the chef made them sing happy birthday to me!:smiley-finger007:

Spoke to THE Sir Roger Moore and a few other minor celebs over the phone.
Nearly had a punch up with Andy Reid.
Shared a plane with the Ajax squad going from Schipol to Hungary.
Seen David Haye clubbing in TupTup and he offered us Champagne.
Cant remember the name, but had a pint with two young scottish lads from a band in the forth.
