Although I do think rangers will get let off, the thing to remember is that the evidence is out there in the public domain. The RTC blogger is going to release a book along with all the evidence. So for the SPL to drop the case will look like corruption and will most likely result in regan/doncaster losing there jobs.

It's been put off, but if the FTT case goes against, rangers will indeed be stripped of titles.

Sevco won't coz they have no titles.

There's been a clear separation of rangers and sevco in the agreement.

If what I've seen is to be believed.

I'd be more than happy with that outcome and i reckon most other Scottish football fans would be too.

It's corrupt that Celtic's Lawyer's " Harper McLeod " are also the SPL Lawyer's behind this investigation.

    Cringe.

All that has happened, according to what I know, is that the 'big wan' has been put on hold.

Gers never learn. Taigs have you doing star jumps.

    Joke.

They are an independent legal firm who have hundreds of clients, should they be banned from invesigating Rangers simply because they happen to work for Celtic on occasion?

If they are to be banned from carrying out work in which anyone suspected they were conflicted, then they would have gone out of business years ago.

They are bound by Scots Law to be impartial and any suggestion of dodgy practice would see them up in front of the Law Commission quicker than you can say Dual Contract situation.

Pretty sure you are wrong (again).

If the FTT goes against us, then it will prove the players were paid the EBT's as part of their contract. This would mean there was only one contract. If we win the FTT then it would be because payments were made on a non contractual basis, meaning there probably were 2nd contracts.

im not sure ML because the point would be that the EBT earnings are undeclared to the spl. just because they are contractual payments it would not mean that they are a single contract - if they are contractual it would be argued (presumably) that this is indeed evidence of 2 contracts - one for the spl and a side contract for players

to be honest, i dont care really - i dont give 2 hoots about titles being stripped and i doubt very much that, despite rockets drivel, celtic, peter lawell and the "taigy" lawyers give 2 hoots either
