    Exactly. And I find that the other midfielders like Hendo and Shelvey really step up. Hell, even Adamn looked good alongside Lucas.

    I agree that he can definately do a job as a squad player or even as an impact sub.

    On the Carroll speculation, when the rumours first came out a few weeks ago, i'm quite confident that people were saying that West Ham made an enquiry and the rumours stated that Carroll didn't want to move to West Ham.

    That's worth considering if the rumours are true...
