well ward had a very decent first half. i'm not his biggest fan but i wish people would get off his back a bit. as mentioned many times on here before, he only looks weak when he gets dragged out of position. this was often due to over exerting ourselves going forward so he had to cover for the full backs. we may not be so 'gung-ho' next season. at the very least he's capable back up and he's a good character to have in the dressing room too
