God yes. I can't believe I didn't mention this or the baseball caps and sunglasses. I think that there should be byelaws passed where a member of the public can punch a cyclist on a pavement or one on a road where there is a cycle path, knock the hat off any man wearing one indoors, knock a baseball cap worn backwards off with a baesball bat (it'll be good for the species in the long run). Sunglasses indoors or on a dark day probably should come under the punching byelaw.
If i drove my car on the cycle lane then i would expect to get done, so why the **** if there is a cycle lane shouldn't the cyclist get done for riding on the road!
