For those who dont follow Titus on twitter...or don't have twitter, Bramble posted this a couple of hours ago...

    http://twitter.com/#!/19tmb

Methinks we should have an investigation into why there have been so many injuries...working too hard on the training pitch perhaps?

    EDIT:

Nothing to do with it, but I found Bramble extending his efforts to get N'Zogbia to SAFC. Thats commitment.

I read somewhere that they are going to do exactly this. Something is not right with the training methods, if we are having this many players breaking down with injuries.

Means we've got Turner (brilliant player, but not at the races for the last two games) and Ferdinand :)headbang:)as our only fit CBs. If I was Brucey, I'd have something like this

    BARDO --- ONOUHA --- TURNER/ANTON --- RICCO

Because TBH, Ricco worked well there early in the season, which is where we picked up most of our clean sheets.

Well it certainly is not working too hard on match days for some of them
Give the Captaincy to Bardsley stop Cattermole diving in at everyone and then shouting at the player that he did nothing wrong.
I am not the only one who is saying under there breath
" for f---- sake don;t dive in don't dive in.
he gor booked against West Brom and then did not dare breath after that he might as well have come off (but everyone else was injured lol)

Thing is, Catts will always be the captain until Bruce has left or Catts is sold, at which point itll be passed to Titus. Bardo will never get whats due, and thats a fact.

And yes, a Cattermole on a yellow card is like a Henderson. Waste of a shirt.

No, we have plenty of CBs - Turner, Ferdinand, Onuoha, and Kilgallon. But we won't pley Kilgallon. We have an international RB to free up Onuoha - but we won't play Angeleri. We're short of creativity in midfield - but we won't play Riveros, one of South America's outstanding success stories last summer.

I don't want any more of Bruce's lame excuses. Short's bought him enough players, and he's wasting half of them. His injury problems have been there since his Birmingham days and I welcome any investigation into his training methods.

You guys aren't having much luck are ya's?

I've said it before and I'll say it again. This isn't normal. Something is wrong with the training and conditioning of the players, or the club physio team ****ing sucks. Could be either one. Could be both. Probably the training If Bruce has a past history of **** like this.

The date was Friday the 13th and Steve Bruce had left his new shoes on the table while he was cleaning up the salt that he spilt. He was putting on his new shoes when he noticed a single Magpie out of the kitchen window, accidently popped open his umbrella before he got outside and trod on a mirror as he stepped out of the door, walking under the window cleaners ladder as he hurried to catch the number 13 bus to the AOL.

These are professional sportsmen lads so the training shouldn't be too hard how ever much they do it's all down to the warm up sessions or lack thereof. Get new coaches in and new training methods for the team. As one lad has already said it's not down to effort on the pitch.

That's a load of ****e I'm afraid. Every single human being has physical limits. Even Usain Bolt has limits. No matter how fit you are, if your over-exert yourself past your usual level of ability (however high that may be) then muscles fatigue and weaken, joints begin to swell and tendons/ligaments start to weaken and micro-tear. Without adequate recovery and repair, the body is therefore much more susceptible to injury. Warming up doesn't make a jot of difference to that.

If your notion was correct, then players could play a game a week for 7 days and be fine. However, we know that doesn't happen. If players play too many games in quick succession, injury numbers increase.

I said Turner and Ferds in my post, and mention Onouha at RB. Kilgallon is on loan. Angeleri is clearly not up to it. Although I agree about Riveros, now is not the time to be putting a player in the squad that isnt used to the PL.

Bruce has his faults, but he's got us to where we are now. Its clear SNQ aint gonna sack him, so get behind the team or GTFO.

I'd hate to see the clip of us if we didn't work hard in training then...

I thought Ferdinand is injured too? We have only 2 fit CBs.

I know you said Turner and Ferds. I was just including them in my list the same as you did. I don't know why Onuoha is listed as RB - we need him in his natural position. I don't know why Kilgallon is on loan still - we've been having problems in that position since November so why hasn't he been recalled? I don't know how you know Angleleri is "clearly not up to it" - we've never seen him play yet! (We all agreed that bit parts in a few games wasn't the right way to blood Kevin Phillips for England. So how come bit parts in a few games is good enough to judge Angeleri?). If it's not the right time to give Riveros a chance when we're on a winning streak, and not the right time when we're on a losing streak, when ARE we going to give the lad a chance? "Bruce has his faults but he's got us to where we are now" - agreed, and that's the problem.

If I GTFO, I will be bahind the team, because they GTFOd a while back.

    This.

The people that are not keen on Angeleri have made their judgement of him after the Notts County disaster. We need to rally ALL of our fit troops, because make no bones about it, we have a battle on our hands!
