Glory Hunter following Mancini because he has won the EPL, well it wont be happening to Liverpool for some time so what do you expect.

Okay, a point at last about United!

If Fergie did mean what you are suggesting then I suppose the thousands, and possibly tens of thousands, and maybe even hundreds of thousands of United fans who think that he was out of order are wrong!

I am just going by the reaction that his statement has caused on the internet by the way! According to you, he has not questioning the United fans at all! However, that is not necessarily true is it?

By publicly backing the Glazers he has again alienated himself from the fans who despise them and everything they have done to the club! Sure they have give Fergie money to spend, but they have also matched the amount of money that City's owners have ploughed into their club, the difference being that United's half billion has gone on debt and interest payments! I am no financial wizz, but I understand this, City have had half a billion to spend on their squad, United have spent half a billion on paying off debt!

    <ok>

Fergie alienated himself with the fans? Behave. I understood what he was saying? You can attempt to make Fergie look bad all you want billy but it just makes you look bitter <ok>

Not only was the result poor for Laugherpool but did you see the pathetic attendance?

Toronto has a population of 2m a metro area of 6m and just 33k turned out.
On the wane on and off the pitch.

Fair enough if you 'understood' what he was saying!

However, there are thousands, possibly tens of thousands (maybe even more) of United fans who do not see it the same way you do! Are they all 'bitter' too?

Whatever way you spin it, there is no doubt that his words have caused a lot of United fans to question him...that is not just my opinion, and you know this. As I said, fair enough if you want to believe what he said was not problematic...you are probably in the minority with this though! <ok>

This makes you look pathetic...I'll do what you have just done...

...London has a population of over 8m, with a metro area of nearly 14m. Yet Chelsea don't always sell out, and that is regarding competitive games, not friendlies! <ok>

And about 7/8 clubs that are in the Premiership at any one time, also not counting all the Football League clubs. i would say that is pretty impressive myself.

Makes your comparison not really viable does it. :emoticon-0110-tongu

True, my comparison is not viable. That was my point! Why make a big deal about population figures and metro area population just to have a dig at Liverpool?

By the way, Toronto's average attendance is 20,000 ish. So, with that in mind, I would suggest that the attendance for the Liverpool game was actually very impressive...

I think that's unlikely because this isn't the first time that he's publicly backed the owners and it's never been "problematic" before, yes some people will obviously disagree with him but disagreeing is not alienating.

Okay, let me rephrase what I said...a lot of United fans are pissed off with Fergie's comments! A lot of fans do not see it the way you do, a lot of United fans feel that Fergie has gone too far with his comments about 'real' fans!

As for your idea that Fergie's past comments about the Glazers have never been 'problematic', I am not sure you are being serious! There has always been 'problems' with some fans about Fergie's backing off the family that have basically spent the same amount of money as City's owners...the difference being that City's owners have spent the money on the squad, whilst the Glazer's have spent the money on debt repayments etc. If you think that has never been a problem before then I suggest you are not in-touch with reality! <ok>

So just under a quarter of an empty stadium then. I thought your lot loved your European nights?
Maybe not as much as you would have us believe.

You sad sad muppet. What about the 53k that tuned out in Seattle to watch us? A city with 25% the population of Toronto. And anyway,we're not the team that claims to be so superior to everyone else with their world wide fan base <doh> You're a team in decline everywhere http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...-in-danger-if-right-manager-is-not-found.html
