    Easy:

    1. drink 15 pints of beer 24 hours beforehand
    2. don't take a pee AT ALL between the beers and the run/walk
    3. hold on to 10 50pence pieces clenched between your buttocks
    4. walk 10 miles to a public tiolet, ensuring to hold it all in before you get there

    I watched the Tom Daley programme last night.
    Very good, sad when his dad died but he came through it well. I think he will have a hard job beating the Chinese lad.
